Parcel Receiving Procedure

The product will be delivered to your address 3 days before the actual use date.

Fill in the address and select shipping.

On the information entry page, please select "Express Mail/EMS" as the delivery method and fill in your name and address completely and clearly for fast delivery.

Confirm expenses

The system will calculate the shipping cost and display the total amount on the order summary page. Please double-check the product details and costs before confirming payment.

Shipping cost

Free delivery when the rental amount is 800 baht or more.

Shipping fee is 60 baht when the rental amount is less than 800 baht.

Get parcel tracking number

Once we have successfully shipped your parcel (within the delivery period), you will receive a "Tracking Number" via Line Official so that you can check the status of your parcel.

Parcel return procedure

Please return the product on time to avoid fines. If you wish to return it late, please contact the staff in advance.

Wrap the parcel tightly.

Please pack the product neatly and securely in the parcel box to prevent damage during transportation.

Deliver parcels to the address

Please fill in your return address details clearly and choose a courier service that offers tracking.

If the parcel has damaged during transportation, please follow the steps below to report the issue and file a claim.

Procedure for claiming compensation when goods are damaged.

1. Contact the shipping company.
2. Take a picture of product images.

Overall package image (showing the entire condition)
A picture of the box with the shipping label (the label must be clearly visible).

3. We will follow the shipping company’s terms and conditions and send a replacement product as soon as possible.

For your convenience and to expedite the process, we divide the care into two cases as follows:

1. In case of delayed delivery (you receive the device late): If you receive the device later than the specified date, please notify our staff via LINE immediately. We will adjust the rental period to suit your usage.

2. Late Return Policy (You miss the return deadline): If you need to return the device after the due date, please notify our staff in advance . Note: Failure to notify us in advance may result in a late return penalty according to company policy.
